General introduction

Song Hong Aluminum Joint Stock Company was established since 1999. Formerly a state-owned enterprise owned by The Ministry of Construction with 100% capital, the company has gone through many stages of development, great growth in production capacity and consumption. Up to now, Shalumi is one of the largest company in manufacturing aluminum profiles in Vietnam. 

 

Song Hong Aluminum JSC’s factory was built in the southern industrial park of Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province with total area of 7ha. This location is particularly convenient for rail, road and river transport. There’re 550 employees working at the factory, of which more than 300 employees are intermediate level or higher. The engineers, skilled workers are experienced, highly-trained.

 

From the first day of establishment, the company has aimed long-term production and business. The company has invested in synchronized equipment imported from developed countries with consumption up to 16000 tons/year.

 

This is a self-contained factory from high quality aluminum alloy casting with Taiwan advanced pressing line and dyeing oxidation new generation equipment manufactured and joint venture between Taiwan and the US.

 

Since 1999, the company has kept improving quality, quantity and design of Shalumi, SH-ONE aluminum profiles,… The products are consumed both in domestic and international market, especially the country requires high quality such as America, Japan, Canada, Korea and EU… In 2016, the consumption of the company reached 12500 tons of aluminum profiles. With the current capacity, Shalumi is the largest 100% domestic capital in Vietnam.

 

The history of Shalumi is attached with achievements in product quality and differences in service. From the establishment, the company has constantly got noble awards such as:

 

– In 1999, aluminum bar shaped products won the Gold Medal award of high quality in construction industry. 

– In 2000, aluminum bar shaped products won 02 gold medal prizes in high quality construction industry, gold medal of Vietnam international exhibition of industrial goods. 

 

– For 02 consecutive years (2001 2002) the company was awarded the certificate of merit by Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee for labor safety and hygiene, recognized by the Ministry of Construction " The unit meets the standards of good organization of living and working conditions for construction industry employees " 

– In 2002, aluminum bar products shaped to win the Gold Medal award of high quality Vietnamese goods fair in accordance with Made in Vietnam standards, gold medal at the international exhibition of Vietnamese industrial goods. 

– In 2003, aluminum bar products won the Gold Medal award of the fair "Viet Nam Conexpo 2003" and won the noble award "Vietnam Gold Star". 

– In 2005, aluminum bar products again won the noble award "Vietnam Gold Star". 

– In 2006, aluminum bar shaped products won the "Five years of high quality products in the construction industry 2001-2006). 

The efforts of Song Hong Aluminum JSC have been recognized and evaluated by the Party and the State, specifically in 2009, the company was honored to receive the Third-class Labor Medal.
